      All products, services, and materials are for the sole personal use of the customer. Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to utilize the content solely for personal development or educational purposes within their household.

    • Prohibited Activities
      Customers are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

      • Selling, redistributing, or reproducing any portion of Butterfly Literacy & Publishing materials or content in any format, whether physical or digital.

      • Reteaching or using any portion of the curriculum, tools, or strategies to provide instruction, training, or similar services to others.

      • Uploading, sharing, or distributing content through any medium, including social media, online platforms, or private groups.

    • Intellectual Property Rights
      All products, services, content, and materials provided by Butterfly Literacy & Publishing, including logos, program names, content, and designs, are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, replication, or distribution of these materials constitutes a violation of these rights.

    • Enforcement and Legal Recourse
      Butterfly Literacy & Publishing reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to enforce this policy, including seeking damages and injunctions against any party found in violation of these terms.
